The Dream Team

Vicki is the more experienced team member on the farm. She reigns in Dayna's crazy ideas and is generally the voice of reason. Except when it comes to retaining goat kids. Then Dayna steps in to remind her we just can't keep them all! Brindon volunteered to be part of the crazy when he became part of the family.

We moonlight as a goat herding team... Or at least it feels that way on trimming day!

Farmer, Mother, Goat Whisperer

The Mother half of the team. She started out raising horses in the 90's, then had a couple of kids and had to downsize the farm. When Dayna approached her about a joint venture in small time poultry farming she said yes, and then she somehow got roped into a dairy goat business as well! From the photo I think it is safe to say she's enjoying the herd! Vicki is currently retired and spends her extra time with our flock and part of the goat herd.
